Intense Sessions

50 an Hour

Intense Sessions are a great choice to improve your athletic performance. Through a strategic mix of theoretical lessons and practical sessions, class participants become comfortable with the game both on and off the field. If you’re looking to elevate your game, Intense Sessions at Ki's Maui Swims is for you.

Personal Training Sessions

$35 for Half Hour

Join this class, where I’ll teach you the ins and outs of the game. I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level. Groups Sessions

$25 for half hour

This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. Ki's Maui Swims developed its Groups Sessions courses from drills and lessons used by some of the most elite athletes.
